Case Background

On September 2, 2020, Ursa Piceance Holdings LLC and 3 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The Debtors have requested that their cases be jointly administered under Case No. 20-12065.

Important Information & Dates

Plan and Disclosure Statement

On September 21, 2020, the Debtors filed their Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto (as subsequently amended, then "Plan").  On January 8, 2021, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan.  On January 8, 2021, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was consummated.
