On February 2, 2014, Tuscany International Holdings (U.S.A.) Ltd. and Tuscany International Drilling Inc. (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The cases are pending before the Honorable Kevin Gross and are jointly administered under Case No. 14-10193.

Bar Date for Filing Proofs of Claim
The Bankruptcy Court has set the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim against the Debtors:
- General Bar Date (all creditors other than Governmental Units): April 7, 2014
- Governmental Unit Bar Date: August 1, 2014

Plan and Disclosure Statement; Asset Sale
On February 28, 2014, the Debtors filed a motion to establish bidding procedures in connection with the sale of substantially all of their assets or new stock in connection with a chapter 11 plan. On March 26, 2014, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the bidding procedures.
On March 3, 2014, the Debtors filed their Joint Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. On April 9, 2014, the Bankruptcy Court approved the Disclosure Statement. On May 21, 2014, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan. On June 9, 2014, the Plan became effective and was substantially consummated.
