Case Background

On January 16, 2019, Specialty Retail Shops Holding Corp. and 13 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska.  The cases are pending before the Honorable Thomas L. Saladino and are jointly administered under Case No. 19-80064.

Important Information & Dates

Plan and Disclosure Statement

On January 16, 2019, the Debtors filed their Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. On March 1, 2019, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement. On June 11, 2019, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan. On March 4, 2022, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was consummated.

Plan Sponsors Auction - CANCELLED

On February 12, 2019 the United States Banktuptcy Court entered for the District of Nebraska entered the Order (I) Establishing Bidding Procedures for Plan Sponsors and (II) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 385].

Please take further notice of the below important dates and deadlines:

• Stalking Horse Bid Deadline: February 28, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Central Time)
• Bid Deadline: March 14, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Central Time)
• Auction: March 19, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. (prevailing Central Time) which will be held at the offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, located at 601 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York 10022.

Pharmacy Assets Non-Auction Sale

On January 17, 2019 the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska entered the Order (I) Establishing Bidding Procedures for the Pharmacy Assets and (II) Granting Related Relief [Docket No. 77].

Please take further notice that parties who wish to submit a competing bid for the Pharmacy Assets (“Competing Bid”) must deliver such Competing Bid so as to be received by February 21, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Central Time). Any party that wishes to object to the proposed Sale must file a written objection with the Court by February 21, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Central Time). If (a) no Sale Objections are timely filed with the Court, and (b) the Debtors do not timely receive any Competing Bids, the Debtors will immediately consummate the Sale without further order of the Court.
