On May 8, 2018, RMH Franchise Holdings, Inc. and four affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The cases are pending before the Honorable Brendan Linehan Shannon and are jointly administered under Case No. 18-11092.

• Governmental Unit Bar Date: November 5, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. (ET)

Disclosure Statement and Plan
On September 4, 2018, the Debtors filed their Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. The Bankruptcy Court held a hearing to consider approval of the Disclosure Statement on October 11, 2018. The Bankruptcy Court held a hearing to consider confirmation of the Plan on December 10, 2018. On December 13, 2018, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan. On December 21, 2018, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was consummated.
