Case Background

On April 4, 2017, Payless Holdings LLC and 28 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.  The cases are pending before the Honorable Kathy A. Surratt-States and are jointly administered under Case No. 17-42267.
