Case Background

On April 17, 2017, Panda Temple Power, LLC and Panda Temple Power Intermediate Holdings II, LLC (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Important Information & Dates

Plan and Disclosure Statement

On May 23, 2017, the Debtors filed their Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto.  On June 29, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Dislcosure Statement.  On January 23, 2018, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan.  On February 7, 2018, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was consummated.

Bar Date for Filing Proofs of Claim

The Bankruptcy Court has established the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim against the Debtors:

  • General Bar Date (all creditors other than Governmental Units): June 28, 2017 at 5:00 P.M. (ET)
  • Governmental Bar Date: October 16, 2017 at 5:00 P.M. (ET)
