On May 1, 2017, Nuverra Environmental Solutions, Inc. and 13 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The Debtors' cases are pending before the Honorable Kevin J. Carey, and are jointly administered under Case No. 17-10949.

Plan and Disclosure Statement

On May 1, 2017, the Debtors filed Prepackaged Plans of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. The combined hearing to consider approval of the Disclosure Statement and confirmation of the Plan was held on July 21, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. (ET).  On July 25, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement and Plan and on August 7, 2017, the Plan became effective.
