Case Background

On June 11, 2018, New MACH Gen, LLC and 4 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. On September 28, 2018, the Court entered a Final Decree closing 4 of the Debtors' 5 cases. On November 30, 2018, the Court entered a Final Decree closing MACH Gen GP, LLC. These cases are now closed. Please click below to view a copy of the Final Decree closing the Chapter 11 Case.

Important Information & Dates

A hearing on the Debtors' First Day Motions was held on June 12, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. (ET) before the Honorable Mary F. Walrath, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, 824 North Market Street, 5th Floor, Courtroom No. 4, Wilmington Delaware 19801. Plan and Disclosure Statement

On June 11, 2018, the Debtors filed their Chatper 11 Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. On July 23, 2018, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Chatper 11 Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement.  On Septemebr 6, 2018, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was consummated.

The Bankruptcy Court has set the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim against the Debtors:

  • General Bar Date (all creditors other than Governmental Units): August 2, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. (ET)
  • Governmental Unit Bar Date: December 10, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. (ET)
