Case Background
On August 6, 2018, J & M Sales Inc. and 9 affiliated debtors, including National Stores, Inc. (collectively, the "Debtors"), each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The cases are pending before the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein, and the cases are jointly administered under Case No. 18-11801.
On January 28, 2019, the court entered an order converting the Debtors' Chapter 11 Cases to Cases under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code as of February 4, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (ET). All claims following the conversion should be filed directly with the Bankruptcy Court.
