Case Background
On December 15, 2015, Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation and 19 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The cases were before the Honorable Kevin Gross and were jointly administered under Case No. 15-12533.
Pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court dated August 16, 2018 (Docket No. 1840) the Debtors' cases are now closed.

Plan & Disclosure Statement
On January 7, 2016, the Debtors filed their Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. On February 26, 2016, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement. The hearing to consider confirmation of the Second Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization was held on April 18, 2016 and the Plan was confirmed. On May 6, 2016, the Plan became effective.
