Case Background
On June 17, 2016, Maxus Energy Corporation and 4 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The cases are pending before the Honorable Craig T. Goldblatt and are jointly administered under Case No. 16-11501.

Plan and Disclosure Statement
On December 29, 2016, the Debtors filed their Plan of Liquidation and the Disclosure Statement related thereto, and on April 19, 2017 the Debtors filed both an amended Plan of Liquidation (the "Plan") and an amended Disclosure Statement (the "Disclosure Statement"). The hearing to consider approval of the Disclosure Statement was held on April 19, 2017, and the hearing to consider the confirmation of the Plan was held on May 22, 2017.
On July 14, 2017, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred.

Hearing on First Day Motions
