Case Background

On August 30, 2016, Light Tower Rentals, Inc. and three affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.  The Debtors' cases are pending before the Honorable David R. Jones and are jointly administered under Case No. 16-34284.

Important Information & Dates

A hearing on the Debtors' First Day Motions was held on September 1, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. (CT) before the Honorable David R. Jones, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, 515 Rusk Street, Courtroom 400, Houston, TX 77002.

A second interim hearing on the Debtors' cash collateral motion was held on September 13, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. (CT).  A final hearing on the Debtors' cash collateral motion was held on September 30, 2016 at 1:30 P.M. (CT).

Plan and Disclosure Statement

On August 31, 2016, the Debtors filed their Joint Prepackaged Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto.  The Bankruptcy Court will hold a combined hearing to consider the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement and confirmation of the Plan on September 30, 2016 at 1:30 P.M. (CT).
