On February 27, 2017, Drone, LC, Inc. (f/k/a Lily Robotics, Inc.) (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The case is pending before the Honorable Kevin J. Carey.
Important Information & Dates
Claim Distributions
Distributions are being made to holders of Allowed Customer Claims on a rolling basis as such claims are allowed. Most distributions are being made via PayPal or physical check. Where possible, distribution was made via refund to the credit card used for purchase. Distributions made via PayPal are equal to the Allowed Customer Claim amount, less $1 for claimants located in the United States or 2% for claimants located outside the United States. Distributions made via physical check are equal to the Allowed Customer Claim amount, less a $15 transaction fee.
Some distributions may be returned to Prime Clerk LLC (now known as Kroll Restructuring Administration) as undeliverable, regardless of distribution method. Prime Clerk LLC (now known as Kroll Restructuring Administration) will attempt to reissue such distributions on a rolling basis via another method.
Plan & Disclosure Statement
On July 11, 2017, the Debtor filed their Plan of Liquidation and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. On August 1, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement. On September 19, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan. On September 29, 2017, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was consummated.
Claim Filing Deadline
Bar Date for Filing Proofs of Claim
The Bankruptcy Court has established the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim against the Debtor:
- General Bar Date (all creditors other than Governmental Units): June 26, 2017 at 4:00 PM (ET)
- Customer Claim Bar Date: July 10, 2017 at 4:00 PM (ET)
- Governmental Claim Bar Date: August 28, 2017 at 4:00 PM (ET)

Asset Sale
On March 13, 2017, the Debtor filed a motion to sell substantially all of their assets. On April 28, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving bidding and auction procedures in connection with such sale. On June 20, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order authorizing the sale.
