On September 11, 2019, Hollister Construction Services, LLC (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey (Trenton) as Case No. 19-27439.

Deadline to File Claims

The Bankruptcy Court has set the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim against the Debtors:

• General Claims Bar Date: January 20, 2020 (Eastern Time)
• Governmental Claims Bar Date: March 9, 2020 (Eastern Time)
• Rejection Damages Bar Date: May 17, 2021 (Eastern Time)
• Adminsitrative Expense Claim Bar Date: May 21, 2021 (Eastern Time)

Plan & Disclosure Statement

On June 19, 2019, the Debtors filed their Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto.  The Bankruptcy Court held a hearing to consider approval of the Disclosure Statement on February 18, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (prevailing Eastern Time). The Bankruptcy Court held a hearing to consider the confirmation of the Plan on April 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (prevailing Eastern Time). On April 16, 2021, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement and Confirming the Plan. On April 30, 2021, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was consummated.

Hearing on First Day Motions

A hearing on the Debtors' First Day Motions was held on September 16, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) before the Honorable Michael B. Kaplan in Courtroom #8, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey (Trenton), 402 East State Street, Trenton NJ 08608.  A final hearing on certain First Day Motions was held on October 8, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. (ET).
