Case Background
On January 16, 2019, Gemstone Solutions Group, Inc. f/k/a Gymboree Group, Inc. and 10 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (Richmond Division). The cases are pending before the Honorable Keith L. Phillips, and are jointly administered under Case No. 19-30258.
On January 17, 2019, Gymboree, Inc. filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal under subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) (the “Canadian Proceedings”). The Canadian Proceedings have been assigned Court No. 31-2464088 by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada.

Plan and Disclosure Statement
On January 31, 2020, the Debtors filed their Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. On March 13, 2020, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement. The Bankruptcy Court held a hearing to consider confirmation of the Plan on May 27, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. (ET) before the Honorable Keith L. Phillips, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (Richmond Division). On June 26, 2020, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was consummated.

Asset Sale
On January 17, 2019, the Debtors filed a motion to sell substantially all of their assets. On January 17, 2019, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving bidding and auction procedures in connection with such sale. On March 2, 2019, the Debtors filed the Notice of Successful Bidders, Sale Hearing, and Adjournment of the Adequate Assurance Objection Deadline. On March 4, 2019, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order authozing the sale.
Deadlines to File Claims
The Bankruptcy Court has set the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim against the Debtors:

• Governmental Unit Bar Date: July 15, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. (ET)
