Case Background

On May 1, 2018, Gibson Brands, Inc. and 11 affiliated debtors (the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  On December 20, 2018, the Court entered a Final Decree closing 11 of the Debtors' 12 cases (the "Closing Cases").  Between December 20, 2018 and March 25, 2020, all matters in the Closing Cases were administered under the case of Guitar Liquidation Corporation, Case No. 18-11028.   On March 25, 2020, the Court entered a Final Decree in the case of Guitar Liquidation Corporation.  THESE CASES ARE NOW CLOSED.
