Case Background

On April 7, 2015, EveryWare Global, Inc. filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  Additionally, on April 8, 2015, twelve affiliated debtors (collectively with EveryWare Global, Inc., the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The cases were pending before the Honorable Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein and were jointly administered under Case No. 15-10743.  The cases are now CLOSED.
