Case Background
On October 17, 2019, Dura Automotive Systems, LLC and 6 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville Division.
On November 8, 2019, the cases were transferred to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The cases are pending before the Honorable Karen B. Owens and are jointly administered under Case No. 19-12378.

On January 27, 2020, the Debtors filed their Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. Hearing on First Day Motions

Section 341 Meeting of Creditors
In accordance with Section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code, a meeting of the Debtors' creditors was held on Friday, December 20, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) at J. Caleb Boggs Federal Building, 844 King Street, Room 3209, Wilmington, DE 19895.
Auction and Sale Hearing
On October 23, 2019, the Debtors filed a motion to sell substantially all of their assets. On November 19, 2019, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving bidding and auction procedures in connection with such sale. On January 2, 2020, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order extending the sale, plan and challenge timelines.
