Case Background
On March 19, 2018, Claire's Stores, Inc. and 7 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware before the Honorable Mary F. Walrath. On December 18, 2018, the Court entered a Final Decree closing 7 of the Debtors' 8 cases (the "Closed Cases). Going forward, all matters relating to any of the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors shall be administered under the case of Claire's Inc., Case No. 18-10583.

Deadline to File Claims
The Bankruptcy Court has set the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim against the Debtors:
- General Claims Bar Date: July 6, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
- Governmental Claims Bar Date: September 17, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
- Executory Contract and Unexpired Lease Rejection Claims Bar Date: November 12, 2018
- Professional Fee Claims Bar Date: December 11, 2018
- Administrative Claims Bar Date: January 10, 2019

Plan and Disclosure Statement
On October 12, 2018, the Debtors filed their Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. On July 26, 2018, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement. On September 21, 2018, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan, and on October 12, 2018, the Plan became effective.
