Motion to Dismiss Debtors' Chapter 11 Cases

On January 10, 2019, the Debtors filed a Motion to Dismiss their Chapter 11 Cases. A hearing on the motion was held on January 31, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. (ET) before the Honorable Mary F. Walrath at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, 824 North Market Street, Fifth Floor, Courtroom No. 4, Wilmington, Delaware 19801. On March 29, 2019, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order [Docket No. 1488] dismissing the Debtors' chapter 11 cases.

Notice to Holders and Prospective Holders of Second Lien Notes

Please be advised that Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, in its capacity as successor trustee (the “Indenture Trustee”) under the Indenture dated as of May 28, 2013 (the “Indenture”) for the 8.00% Second Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2021 (the “Second Lien Notes”) of The Bon-Ton Department Stores, Inc., will be making available to holders and prospective holders of Second Lien Notes certain financial projections (the “Projections”) regarding the sale, assignment, designation, transfer or other disposition of assets as contemplated in the Order, Pursuant to Sections 105, 363, and 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, Approving Sale of Certain of the Debtors’ Assets and Granting Related Relief [D.I. 632] and the Agency Agreement attached thereto as Exhibit A.
