Case Background

On March 9, 2016, Aspect Software Parent, Inc. and 4 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The cases are pending before the Honorable Mary F. Walrath and are jointly administered under Case No. 16-10597.

Hearing on First Day Motions

A hearing on the Debtors' First Day Motions was held on March 11, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. (ET) before the Honorable Mary F. Walrath, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, 824 Market Street, 5th Floor, Courtroom No. 4, Wilmington, DE 19801. 

A final hearing on certain of the First Day Motions was held on April 4, 2016 at 11:30 a.m (ET).

Deadline to File Claims

The Bankruptcy Court has set the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim against the Debtors:

General Bar Date (all creditors other than Governmental Units): May 31, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. (ET)

Administrative Claim Bar Date: June 24, 2016

Governmental Unit Bar Date: September 6, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. (ET)

Plan & Disclosure Statement

On April 24, 2016, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Debtors’ Disclosure Statement (the "Disclosure Statement"). A hearing to confirm the Debtors' Second Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization (the "Plan") was held on May 24, 2016.

On May 25, 2016, the Court confirmed the Plan pursuant to the Order Confirming the Second Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganized of Aspect Software Parent, Inc. and its Debtor Affiliates (the "Confirmation Order"), thereby authorizing the Debtors to implement the Plan in accordance with its terms.
