Case Background
On July 23, 2020, Retail Group, Inc. (f/k/a Ascena Retail Group, Inc.) and 63 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of for the Eastern District of Virginia (Richmond Division). The cases are pending before the Honorable Frank J. Santoro, and are jointly administered under Case No. 20-33113.

Santoro, Chief Bankruptcy Judge, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk Division, 600 Granby Street, 4th Floor, Norfolk, Virginia 23510 (the “Court”). Plan and Disclosure Statement
On July 31, 2020, the Debtors filed their Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. On September 11, 2020, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement. On March 5, 2021, the Bankuptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan.
