Case Background

On February 19, 2019, Aceto Corporation and 8 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.  The cases are pending before the Honorable Vincent F. Papalia, and are jointly administered under Case No. 19-13448.

This website was established and is maintained by the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Aceto Corporation (the "Committee") and Prime Clerk LLC (now known as Kroll Restructuring Administration).
