Case Background

On October 8, 2019, Najeeb Ahmed Khan filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan (the "Court").  On October 21, 2019, the Court authorized the United States Trustee to appoint a chapter 11 trustee in this case, and on November 4, 2019, Mark T. Iammartino accepted his appointment as Chapter 11 Trustee.  This case is currently pending before the Honorable Honorable Scott W. Dales under Case No. 19-04258.

Plan & Disclosure Statement

On February 5, 2020, the Chapter 11 Trustee for the bankruptcy estate of Najeeb Ahmed Khan filed a Plan of Reorganization/Liquidation and the Disclosure Statement related thereto.  On March 10, 2021, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement. On April 27, 2021, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan. On May 17, 2021, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was consummated.
