Case Background

On December 14, 2016, Gracious Home LLC and six affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The Debtors' cases are pending before the Honorable Mary Kay Vyskocil and are jointly administered under Case No. 16-13500.

Important Information & Dates

Sale

On May 31, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the bidding procedures for the sale of substantially all of Gracious Home’s assets. 

Please take note of the following important dates related to the sale:

    •  Sale Objection Deadline: June 23, 2017 at 5:00 p.m (ET)

    •  Sale Hearing: June 27, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (ET)

 Bar Date for Filing Proofs of Claim

The Bankruptcy Court has set the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim against the Debtors:

  • General Bar Date (all creditors other than Governmental Units): May 1, 2017
  • Governmental Unit Bar Date: June 12, 2017
