On December 27, 2021, the Debtors filed their Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. On February 17, 2022, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement.

Case Background

On June 25 and June 29, 2021, Corp Group Banking S.A. and 4 affiliated debtors each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

On February 22, 2022, the Court dismissed CG Financial Colombia S.A.S.'s Chapter 11 case.  The cases of Corp Group Banking S.A. and 3 affiliated debtors continue to be pending before the Court and are jointly administered under Case Number 21-10969.
