Case Background

On March 24, 2019, Aurora Commercial Corp. and 1 affiliated debtor (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.  The cases are pending before the Honorable Shelley C. Chapman, and are jointly administered under Case No. 19-10843.

Meeting of Creditors

In accordance with Section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code, the meeting of the Debtors' creditors that was originally scheduled to take place on May 23, 2019 was adjourned to and held on May 30, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) at the Office of the United States Trustee, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, One Bowling Green, Room 511, Fifth Floor, New York, New York 10004-1408.

Deadline to File Claims

The Bankruptcy Court has set the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim against the Debtors:

The General Bar Date: June 10, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time)

The Government Bar Date: September 20, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time)

Plan and Disclosure Statement

On March 31, 2020, the Debtors filed their Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. On May 28, 2020, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement and confirming the Plan. On September 21, 2020, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred and the Plan was consummated.
